I've got no idea why this swimming stuff is here , however I do recognise good swimming technique when I see it. These clips show us some areas of front crawl technique;
1) high elbow recovery (ie the bit when the arm is out of the water and moving forward). 2) the catch, getting hold of the water just after the hand has first entered the water. 3) not dropping your elbow during the pull (underwater part) stage. 4) the flutter kick, to prove a balance to the stroke (its a misconception, that the legs provide lot of forward propulsion).
