Decaf or regular? Caffeine is a diuretic (it makes you dehydrated) so you would still need to drink a lot of water with that coffee.Originally posted by Jeroen Wenting:

Better put your water in copper vessel/jug in night and then drink in morning. I drink from normal bottle but one of my friend has found drastic change[in constipation/digestion system] after drinking water from copper vessel.
