Dear everybody..
I am the one who is trying to be a Java Programmer.I have achieved the Diploma of Computer Studies and so I have only the beginner or Diploma level of Programming and Technical Knowledge.So...please help me in finding the way to make myself improve.I mean...some useful and essential websites , some programmer books. There are so many, many websites and books about Java. But I am not sure which book or website is the best.I have learned the sun Java Tutorial. But I would like to study more. The kind of website or book which I expect is that in which so many examples are included with clear and good explanation.
Thus..please do help me.I am waiting for your response.Thank you.

If you already went through the tutorial, going through more books may help, but IMHO, it will probably be boring. I recommend using what you learned.

Do you have a hobby? Like certain puzzles? Found certain math problems interesting? Then, I suggest actually writing a program, that is bigger than those sample programs that you see in books. Write a program that is related to your hobby -- something that you would be interested in using.

well, my advice is get involve in java development, try get a java programmer job and implement what you learn from books. Working experience is more important then any books or websites you study or visit.
