Since I left home, I am un able to restrict my little sisters use of the internet. The problem is, she does often uses it until 1oclock and early in the morning instead of preparing for school. I want the the internet to be off from 11pm to 8am. I it is broadband, so no dialup software would do.

She is 15.6 years old. It is what mother wants: she says that she is not taking care of herself. She has a bad case of psoriasis, that she developed because of an allergic reaction to chemicals when she when went to the hair dresses. I could always do the most harsh thing and disconnect her, as I am the one who is paying for it after all.

get a router like linksys that has usernames incorporated into it. You can require each member to log in before they access the internet. You can set certain permissions and restrict usage by member id. It also can log all of their activity.
