Hi guys,

I've thought of taking the exam. I just started studying for it and have just finished chapter one in K&B. I know I have a long way to go but I was wondering how others prepared for the exam.

As I am reading the text I try to actually type the code and try other things out in the code and move to next topic. When do you guys take the complete mock exam..is it after you have read the complete book. Also, apart from doing questions at end of the chapter is there another resource which would provide questions based on each chapter in k&b.

Thanks!

And As I make progress I will remain active in forums and try to answer questions.

Bhaarat in my opinion you should solve the mock exams after you complete the book. I know a few free mock exams which provide topic wise questions but they are for SCJP 1.4. The paid mock exams provide topic wise questions...
