I think the SCJP book costs around 550Rs. If there is no nearby store that has that book, then you can buy it online. But I found that it is available on internet at 39$ i.e. 2000Rs. Only here I found it to be available under 500Rs...

No offense, but shipping has costs. There is labor involved. There is fuel and equipment being used.

It's not a loss, it's paying for a service -- which if it is only 2 percent of a cover price of a book, to get to another country, that is considered really cheap.
