Everyone in this forum automatically should get loads of respect. Along with SCEA, this SCJD is the only Sun certification that requires real development skill to show through.

Here's my story: After i completed SCJD in 2004 with the score of 89%, i went to get a Bachelor's in Computer Science, and now i am in a Master's program for Computer Science. In the meanwhile, i have worked for IBM, for instance. SCJD, i think, was a strong contributor to my ability to easily find work in IT.

So, folks thinking about SCJD, i encourage you to take it!!!
