I have done around 50% work on UrlyBird 1.3.3. My application will generate a Schema when it first starts i.e. all the field names are stored, Record numbers generated and stored in Schema class, and can be accessed thru getters.

Now im implementing the find() method which according to the requirements:

It must allow the user to search the data for all records, or for records where the name and/or location fields exactly match values specified by the user.

I am also generating TextFields from the schema which take the search criteria from the user.

I am confused by the search requirement which require for only name/location search but my autogenerating schema & textfields let the user search all the fields.

Should i create a criteria according to which only these are searched? but creating such criteria would ruin the whole idea of autogerating schema.

I am not sure if doing schema dynamically is a good idea. Please let me know if it is a good idea, or should I just do it manually.

I am also doing dynamic schema that is used in whole app including GUI, searching...
Now that you mention it, I am reconsidering this dynamic approach. It took me couple of interfaces and classes too many for my taste.

What is general opinion is schema there for reason or just to confuse developers that like to complicate things.
