Without doubt I recommend the book titled "SCJD Exam with J2SE 5.0" by Andrew Monkhouse.

But, I have other question.
Can I do this exam with Java 5 or just Java 6?
I have heard that after 18 months is not possible make a exam with Java previous version. Or Java 5 to Java 6 haven't change?

Just Make sure you use the new release of Java 6 and you'll be safe.
