when cookies are not allowed container will use URLRewriting.
so in each n every servlet which comes into a session access should implement URLRewriting?

if cookies are not allowed and URlRewtiting is not implemented then ..there is noway to maintain sessions right?

does every container supports fall back ?

You can choose/pass Hidden fields to track the user between servlets.

This mechanism was introduced initailly.

We are not following this mechanism now days.
