can any one explain me
[1]what is Head and Get method ?
[2] what is advantage of this both method ?
[3] where we are using this both method?
[4] how it's differ from Post method?

They are both HTML request methods. You can read this webpage for more information.
In short:
HEAD: query the header information of the resource
GET: get a resource from server (header information is included)
POST: post a resource to the server

here is the first place to go.

4. The basic difference between GET and POST is that GET is usually meant to get/request/retrieve static resources from the server,whereas POST is meant to submit data to active resources on the server.
The data send to the server using GET is appended to the URL itself and in POST it is sent in the body.
One more difference is that GET requests are usually idempotent, whereas POST requests are not.But this is not true always.
