B) ../documents/mydoc.pdf
c) context/images/logo.gif
d) /catalogue/prices.xml
e)./downloads/update.exe

Correct Answer is D
As per i think Context-relative always start from foward slash(/) and here is only D option follow this Rule.
It is only this region option D is correct or it's haveing othere region.
If it's Having other region then any one please explaine me?

For a context-relative URL it should starts with a forward slash (/). Remember context is the root of the web application.

See the explanation of the answer for Q.4 on p.40... it explains that every other URL given is a relative URL.
