What is the difference between MEMBER OF and IN operators? Both look simillar to me. What are the scenarios that we have to use those operators specifically.

With the IN syntax, you cannot use Collections. You have to use a list of strings, or a subquery. With MEMBER OF, you can use a Collection (association-field in a one-to-many or a many-to-many relationship).
