Deployer:149033]preparing application SFSB on myserver

I got the following error while developing Statefull Session Bean Component...

Can you explain the reason...... so that i can solve my problem....

Unable to deploy EJB: EBAccessMapper from ejb/accessmapper.jar:
[EJB:011028]The DataSource with the JNDI name: oraclePool could not be located. Please ensure that the DataSource has been deployed successfully and that the JNDI name in your EJB Deployment descriptor is correct.
