The SCEA Part2 assignment says...
'Architecture & design will be graded on how well it supports both web
clients and app clients'.

As web clients are thin clients, there is no design involved for the
client. We just show the navigation between differnt JSP's and the
business components.

Is the assignment expecting us to provide the design for
application client (e.g., SWING based) as well?

Or, is it sufficient to show how the architecture supports both clients without explicitly showing the application client design?

I wondered that too. In the end I mapped it to the jsps and elements of the JSF framework (my choice). I included these in my sequence diagrams. Unfortunately, I'm still waiting for my results.

I did feel that by the time I finished I had done things in much more detail than I would normally. There is a statement somewhere to guard you against overkill.. but I find I keep thinking of ideas they might want shown!!

All the best,
Jon
