I am planning to take SCEA - 52 certification. Can someone please let me know how to proceed. I have already experience on EJB, WS, Core patterns and JEE stuff. Also normally spending 4 hours a day how much time does it take.

There are 3 parts, multiple choices exam, assignment and essay.

The multiple choices exam is easy, just read books, you'll pass.
Then you need to create architecture and design from assignment, you should have knowledge and/or experience about Servlet/JSP, EJB, Web Services, RMI, OOA&D, design patterns especially GoF's and Core J2EE patterns and UML.

Finally, you will take the essay exam, it'll be not too difficult, if you do the assignment by yourself.
