I agree with you.. Indian pop hasnt evolved.
Havent heard Rock or Hip Hop in Hindi.
Pakistani Bands are doing better than their indian counterparts

For those that like that song, check out his album. While "You're Beautiful" is one of the best on there, "Goodbye My Lover" is better still - I defy anyone to listen to that song and not feel a bit sad for the singer.

The other songs currently catching my ear are KT Tunstall's "Suddenly I See" and Razorlight's "Golden Touch".

Music cought my fantasy is 'Funeral' By Arcade fire. I'll tell you why and how, Becoz I was never into western music and it was my first rock experiance.

I felt rather low at that day, some days before. Low libido. Thought about trying something different. And i went to a music store , needed some real hardcore stuff to pull myself up. I was tired with lot of Indian, so gone to western section. while searching music in western section, found a title named 'Funeral'. I like the title, Becoz it's funeral, funeral comes after all the stupidity in life, So i thought these people is in the stage of 'Funeral', and i bought it.

I started listening.

I felt some mad people ,around 10-15 people distroying the gate of mental hospital and running towards me carrying explosive materials, and they started screaming,shouting, they all surrounding me, graaa...hraaa..,igniting the explosives, .while in background, some people distroying drums. i tried to close my ears by hand. but they pulled my hands and continued.. hraaa...hraaa. Sometime, i even thought about my own funeral.

But i did'nt gave up. I hold on. continued listening. And devils from west started passing all through my head in all directions. And slowly it started feeling good. Anyhow it gave me a certain high voltage stimulation. real violant stuff. So no money lost.

I suggest 'Funeral' to u.
