Is anyone aware of a device that will allow me to surf the net, listen to the content, yet still be portable? And I mean portable, the way a pager or cell phone is portable.

It seems that you could write software to get your web-enbled cell phone to do this: stream the audio from a radio station's website, project on the speakers, then listen to your phone using headphones. Any thoughts?

You would need something like the PDA phones.
EG: Palm Treo 650 Smartphone - GSM
