Nothing new in India. If you travel to the holy places of most religions, miracles and experiences like above are commonplace. For Hindus, try visiting Kashi, Badrinath or other holy places. For Christians, visit Vailankani, Old Goa, etc. For Muslims, Ajmer, Fatehpur Sikri etc. You will hear umpteen cases. Try studying how Buddhism and Jainism (and possibly Sikhism) evolved and you will see direct challenges and different opinions to the above phenomenon. But in any case, if you are totally convinced of your experience and you find it uplifting and gives you hapiness and contentment, it is your choice to lead the life you wish. By the way, I am surprised that rationalists did not disrupt this meeting. I know they are very active in India and consider these things superstitions and do their level best to confront the performers.
