"J2CA0045E: Connection not available while invoking method createOrWaitForConnection for resource"

I rarely run into connection pool issue shown above but when I do, I just restart the server to make the connections available again...

But somehow this time round I continue to get the error even after application restart, what could be the cause. Any ideas ??

Jay, What's your connection property values? It could be due to connection leak or hung thread conditions.If you could obtain a thread dump; you will be able to see why those connections are used up?
