tomcat Vs glashfish doubt

Please i need a help.
I am a web developer with tomcat and recently i have jobs to do with glassfish.
I know how to set my resources in the context.xml in tomcat in developing an enterprise application, i.e.

<Resource name="jdbc/link_manager" auth="Container" type="javax.sql.DataSource"
maxActive="100" maxIdle="30" maxWait="10000"
username="root" password="mofoluwake" driverClassName="com.mysql.jdbc.Driver"
url="jdbc:mysql://localhost:3306/link_manager"/>


but with glassfish, there is no context.xml anywhere, the sun-web.xml created by teh system does not accept my a racecourse tag.
How do i go from there. Urgent please.
