3. Knowledge on Design
patterns and demonstrated the same in projects worked on
4. Hands-on working with Tools like
Ant, Eclipse, UML, CVS
5. Unix with shell scripting
6. Indepth knowledge of weblogic or any other application server

J2EE, RMI, Java Beans,

Servlets, EJB, Javascript, XML/XSL, HTML, LDAP, JNDI, JMS,
