Hi,
After searching for many forums i have found more information on this problem.I am not good in Junit Tesing I need help from people to test the functionality of the following class.

Thank you for the update. Now on to your question:

The first thing I would do is see how much I could test independent of the GUI. For example, I would unit test the file filter. Then I would extract logic (such as does the filename end in png) to helper methods and test those.
After a while, I would be left with just the GUI to test. I would use an open source tool like Abbet to test the Swing parts.

Then you can pretty much only test the filter. This class is a GUI. Without that, there's not much left.
