loading a dynamically created jsp page on a server

Can a dynamically created
jsp
page be loaded on a server?
I have created a
servlet
that creates a jsp page using
java
I/O. But can this jsp be loaded in the server, with out restarting or republishing.

Yes any new/changed jsp can be loaded on the server without restarting the server
