Hi friends. You only must provide update method interface but you don't need to implement it in your GUI. To book the room, I create my own interface that extends the DBMain interface.

Good Luck !!!

What the?!?!

Anyway, what my good buddy Jeffry did is one good option, certainly. He created a custom bookRoom method in an interface that extends the DBMain interface. Now, about the update method, you have to implement it in a way such that the record that corresponds to a particular record number is updated with the data of the String array that you receive in your update method. What I did: I used the update method of the Data class to book rooms (updating only the owner ID field) in the business/services layer, where I lock/update/unlock the record that corresponds to the room being booked. And for that, I send a String array (including the owner ID field) with the data of the room being booked to the update method of the Data class.
