For the exam, do I have to know by heart all the entries in the DD ?

SCJP 5 (76%)
SCWCD 5 (86%)
SCBCD 5(70%)

To add to the previous post, I've found if you actually understand the DD elements then it make it easier to remember them. Also then you must just pay attention to the inconsistent elements like <mime-mapping> with <mime-type> and <extension>.
