Obviously I'm not in a position to comment on a preference between Texas and USC - but If forced to pick one I'd say "Texas" because at least they have the decency to tell me where they're from in their name! "USC" Sounds to me like another technology the marketing guys try to persuade me I need to learn in order to gain benefit from IBMs latest "solution" offering.
(Set me straight here - what is "USC"?)... "Universal Service Collaborator?"
