Hi Guys,
I'd bought both scjp 5 and scwcd vouchers together. I'd cleared scjp, but i'm yet to appear for scwcd. I'm unable to prepare for scwcd due to work pressure, and my scwcd voucher will expire end of Feb,2009.

Please guys, give me some suggestions how to finish it off within this month(i've time till mid Feb,2009 )!!!

Should I buy the SCWCD prep guide by kathy sierra?
any other useful suggestions/quick prep tips will be highly appreciated:-)

Hi,
I would suggest to prepare from the Head First Servlet Jsp book and give lot of mock exams
before giving the exam.

In My View.. HFSJ is a very Good Book..
It will help you to build your Basics nicely..
After that you can look for some good mock exams like Enthuware..

BE (Computer Science) SCJP 4 (80%) SCWCD 5 (97%) IBM CAD(98%) IBM CAppD(100%) IBM SD(100%)

Go with Head First book, its very easy to understand and it will put concepts directly to your mind. Though its having ~800 pages, you can finish it within ~20 days. Dont miss single word from that book. I found SCWCD much easier than SCJP.

I totally agree to Nitish ,
SCWCD book is much much easier in terms of concepts comprehension than SCJP books of Berts.
Also give loads of mocks.

SCJP 1.4 : 91%
SCWCD 5: 96%
