I am also looking for the SCBCD 5.0 material. It would be great if you can share it

It took me just a month to prepare for the exam. I was holding a promo voucher which explains the very short timeline.

I used EJB 3 book from O'reilly and the enthuware simulator.

The EJB 3.0 specifications are very important. You must consider reading it alteast once. It is a bit lengthy but worth the read if you have serious plans of taking the SCBCD exam. Apart from this, you can try reading EJB 3.0 from O'Reilly. Later get a couple of mock exams done and this should help you get SCBCD 5 certified.
