Finally, I took my first step of the Sun certificates.

All the materials I used for preparation are:

K&B SCJP 6 preparation.
Whizlabs SCJP 6 mock exams
JAVA Beat 6.0

I think K&B book is very good for prepare, and the Whizlabs' questions are tougher than real exam, don't be scared. But Whizlabs' mock questions can really help you to get the details which is important to pass this exam. JAVA Beat's questions are OK. It gave me a lot of questions to practice.
