Hi All,

I Passed SCWCD 5.0(310-083), 26th Dec 2008 with 100%. Iam a silent member of the forum and spending daily 1 hour in the javaranch forum.

Really i can't believe this, as such this is first time getting 100% results in Sun Certification exams.

My Prepartion is as follows

1. Daily prepared 45mins - 1hr and in weekends(Saturday, Sunday) 5 hours, as iam working in Software Company, i didn't get much time to prepare in week days. I have prepared almost 3 months.
2. HFSJ,2nd edition, by Katherine Sierra, Bert Bates, Bryan Basham gone through almost 3 times.
3. Enthuware exams really helped me to boost my percentage.

But as per my idea, with the preperation of HFSJ and Enthuware you can get nearly 85 - 95% in the real exam. I didn't prepare the Servlet and JSP specs and didnt get much time to prepare the specs.

In the real exam, 7 to 8 question, i feel really difficult and using my experience i have answered these questions. Iam working in Java, J2EE nearly 3.5 years.

4. Especially, Peabody Design patterns notes really helped me to boost my confidence in Design Patterns.

Before studying Peabody notes, iam almost scoring 0% in design patterns in mock exams. Peabody notes guides me how to answer design pattern question in the exams.

My Special thanks to Chistoper viere, Bryan Basham, Enthuware team for their such wonderful work to guide the people for preparing SCWCD 5.0.

Thanks
Ravi Kumar
