I am not a filenet expert, as far as my understanding goes filenet is a application which runs on a application server. If you want to invoke, then it should be either web services or RMI. You may want to check the documentation. Here are couple of links i found on ibm site. The second link has some samples too. Hope this help.s

Thanks for the response.
One more doubt
Can I add the configuration in my WAS 6.1 and connect to the filenet server ?
I have ISRA.jar in my lib!
I am not able to test the application i have to deploy it in the application server which will be a very time consuming process.
Any help would be highly appreciated.

Thanks
Sunil
