I dont know for sure wheather I can post this question here.

I am trying to integrate a flex application with Struts 1.3.5 . And, I want to deploy that application on websphere application server. Can anybody here know how to deploy a flex(+ Struts) application on websphere application server? If anybody knows please respond. Do I need a kind of plugin for Websphere to recognize the deployed swf file?

Flex is a client-side application, isn't it?

Flex is used to build RIA's. The code is written in MXML and action script.
It is then compiled to swf file. These swf files are deployed on server.
Now my question was how to deploy these files? Do I require a kind of plug-in to make websphere recognize these swf files?

It's a client-side component. All Websphere has to do is to send it to the client when the client asks for it, just like an image or a CSS file. Are you having specific problems which suggest that some configuration would be required?
