Removing empty nodes from SOAP requests and responses

Hi

I currently remove empty nodes from my SOAP responses, if there are any, to save a little bit of bandwidth.
When I removed them from incoming requests I ran into trouble but that's another story.
The trouble aside, I'd like to know if a nullable field with minoccurs of 0 should be in the message, to comply with the XSD.

And then we all jump out and yell "surprise! we got you this tiny ad!"
