Hi,

How is the quality of used books @ Amazon? And which is the best place for purchasing books (new and used)? Amazon, Barnes And Noble, Fatbrain etc?

Bye,
Viki.

The books I got were ok ( around 6 books).

But it depends. Read the instructions, like return guarantee.

Also you may choose a seller who has a good rating.

#1

I mostly order used books. Till date I must have ordered 9/10 books and the quality is really good. I mean some books are really like new..untouched. Sometimes I really get confused if they are used :-))
The price is also less as compared to the original price. I am happy with Amazon..

The experiences may vary from person to person..but for me it has been always a good experience..

try it once..
thanks,
trupti

Used is good from Amazon(you have to check the seller rating and book condition similar to the lines of buying in ebay).

For other book buying(new ones) I used www.nerdbooks.com or bookpool.

Nerdbooks is local to dallas and about 2 miles from my work place.

If you buy it new, it'll be 'used' in a week or so. I always go for the cheaper, Almost New or Good, when buying computer books.

Hi,

Thanks guys for the feedback. From where I can get seller's info? Moreover, how can I find my area/country seller for Amazon?

Sorry for newb questions, but I never bought books via internet.

Thanks.

Bye,
Viki.
