I am running a corba naming service in an unix environment and am having trouble retrieving an object. For sanity purposes, I would like to confirm that object is being properly registered with the service. Is there a unix command to view the contents of a naming service?

Thank You

The different ORBs have different commands. Are you using a Sun or IBM Java name service, or a different one like OmniORB or TAO?

At work, I have the OmniORB utilities installed for the C++ side of our application, and I use nameclt and catior to check the naming service.
