No
But don't lose it, or anyone can give the exam on that voucher anywhere(atleast in India).
I bought the voucher from NIIT for Rs 5250/- and they asked me if I wanted to register for the test and I said No.
I am not an NIITian. I don't know if the offer is still available.

You may get SCJP voucher for Rs 4000/- if you are ready to give the exam bfore July this year. Some people who may not want to take risk of failure will want to sell the voucher.
