My aim is to run a Flex3 project on Red5 server,how can I configure this with the other server option?Anyone please help me.

Flex is a client software, and not running on servers.

I want to connect to mySQL using Flex3 through Red5 Server.Is that possible.?Can you give a starting.

From looking at some of the documents on their site, it should be possible - the most helpful tutorial looks like this blog post - Red5 + Hibernate.
