Hi,

Can anyone have any Idea about how to capture image from Excel to Oracle database. In other way how to read an Image from Excel by Java. Here image is copied from some journals and pasted in excel . I have to capture this image.
It is a crucial requirement in my project.

The Apache POI library can be used to extract images from Excel files: http://poi.apache.org/spreadsheet/quick-guide.html#Images

To extend: as JDBC API is intented to interact with databases, it is certainly not the right tool to interact with spreadsheets. You should use the suitable API, such as Apache POI API as mentioned before or JExcelAPI.
