Weblogic authetication popup when application accessed over the internet

We have a sharepoint portal site on which we have provided the link to our application which is hosted on weblogic 9.2. There is no security realm configured and anonymous access is provided on the weblogic application. When the link to our application is clicked from the Sharepoint site, a Weblogic authetication window popups. This happens during the first request, Once the popup is cancelled and browser is refershed we were able to see our application login page.
Did anybody face the similar issue. Any comments are welcomed.
