What tools are commonly used to develop the code and what tools are used to debug it?

Thanks.

Common? I'm sure you would get many different responses, but I primarily use IntelliJ to code and Firebug in Firefox to debug.

You can develop in anything. You'll still want a browser based debugger like Firebug.

Eclipse and Firefox Web Developer Toolbar to develop and Firefox Firebug to debug.

Thanks for replying guys. I have a question. If we develop in Eclipse/RAD, then it internally has a debugger right? Can't we use it to debug CSS and JavaScript instead of debugging them in Firebug/Internet explorer developer toolbar.
