You cant
That is now a mod only option (evil grin)

If you want to delete some posts, you can always contact the nearest moderator (preferably via PM).
It might be noted, that you will have to come up with a really convincing reason to delete posts.

The forums run on different software now.
The new forum software simply doesn't provide that feature.

This is a heavily moderated site with plenty of bartenders and sheriff's who can handle reasonable requests in a very timely fashion.

Now, to be fair, i believe you can still edit your own posts. So if you want to delete it, i think you could 'edit' it to blank it out.

yup. I tested it. You can't post a completely bank message, but you can edit it to something else.

note that if somebody quotes your post in THEIR post, you can't get rid of that part. and you never know when a page will be archived by the Internet Archive.

I guess the real lesson is to think before you hit that "submit" button, because once you put it on the web, you loose much control over it.
