how can i use swings to implement a circuit board where people can drag and drop circuit components?

If you are going to cross-post, please at least post a link to the cross-post. Also, you will get better answers here and elsewhere if you provide pertinent information. Your current post is somewhat general and vague.

its called cross post if the post is done on different forums of the same website.

javaranch and sun's forums are independent of each other. they both might have different people to give different insights on the same issue.

Not really.
Anyway, I do not think we should really be discussing the technical definition of "cross post".
We are here at the ranch. The link I had provided defines what is considered cross posting from the ranch point of view.

There might be several reasons why you are not getting any responses.
1) You have not provided sufficient information (like Pete suggested)
2) People are still thinking about it.
3) People feel this way
