I certainly know of workplaces where hitting that mirror site could get you a phone call from the IT trolls, and they don't like to hear "I don't know anything about it" -- especially if you seem to have just downloaded half a dozen files totalling 100 megabytes!

I hit the Playboy mirror once from work. I didn't notice the logo until the download was nearly complete. Didn't get in trouble either.
 
It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
