depends of what you want from the employee, i mean if you want him to know SE then you would be asking him question that will let you know that he is good in SE, I would suggest to write on a peace of paper what you want from the people and then think about the questions that will reveal your objectives ;)

I think ShrutiRavi want to know what questions are asked for SE position interview in XYZ company. What if I give you 10 questions which were asked to me in XYZ company interview , you prepare those questions and unfortunately you get some other interviewer who may ask you different questions? What if you get through interview just by preparing questions and you do not have hands on those technologies for which they are hiring and you could not perform in project?
I would suggest do not rely completely just on questions unless you also have worked on those technologies. It is just a suggestion, if you do not like, ignore it.

In general refresh the basics and reflect back on your past and present experience.

Don't get me started about those stupid light bulbs.
