i don't know of any 'live-chat' rooms dedicated to Java. We're happy to help you here via the forums. There's plenty of info already here, too, if you search around.

You can find live chat rooms on IRC which stands for Internet Relay Chat. You can download a Windows IRC client called mIRC. Connect to EFNet and join the #java room.
