why am I missing axis2? (eclipse 3.4.1) [image included]

hi there,
I'm using eclipse 3.4.1 and for some reason I don't have axis2 under my web Services (it suppose to be below Axis Emitter).

can anyone point out how can I add it?

replaced the IDE with a new one - works
