Hello All,

I developed a mobile application which takes a user id from user as input. Now I want, when User press key '1' it should send a request on http server like "http://example.com/home.html?userid=123456"

The important thing is that, This request should be fire from the mobile phone browser.(My application immediately stops when user clicks on Information button)

Thanks and Regards,
Prateek

It's not easy to connect J2ME and the web browser in mobile devices. There's too much variance, and as far as I know, there's no JSR to support it.

A bigger problem, however, is that if you steal a text input key to serve as a control key, how are people supposed so enter a "1" as data for any other web site or URL?
