Applet drawing line giving problems.

here is the code

when i put this code outside switch it is working! but inside switch it's not working. Can anybody tell me why?

g.drawLine(sp.x,sp.y,ep.x,ep.y);
g.drawLine(sp.x,sp.y,e.getX(),e.getY());
ep = new Point(e.getPoint());

yeah but what sort of problems?if you can tell that then only it will be helpful?what problem is there with the code?

What do you think is happening in the action performed? It is easy to check out by running it in a debugger or printing out statements.

Good to hear that it's solved. I figured it shouldn't be too hard to find a problem in a 6-line method...
