Hi,

Is there a config value to switch off RI and automatic constraint creation in hibernate.

The DB is in development and gets changed and hacked about with quite a bit and we tend to get quite a few errors with the constraints. We could do without them.

Thanks

You can stop Hibernate creating any DDL, then constraint management is up to you.

The hbm2ddl switch will usually only carry you until you have to start manually tweaking your DB. From that point on, you're on your own.
